April 7 2011...Wiz Khalifa Patch and Bantu Knot-Out

I got bored so i colored a patch of hair blonde....my students at the school where I work are saying it looks like Wiz Khalifa. LOL. Anyways, here are the pics. I like the color. I may do my whole head like this soon.

I used Dark and Lovely Hair Color in Honey Blonde...not quite honey blonde but almost.

The other side is twisted into the poof. To get the curly look I two strand twisted my hair and then put the twists into bantu knots.

March 17 2011...Very High Puff

I went out with my friend Amaka and did a puff on the top of my head. I did not get this style off youtube....I may even do a tutorial. It was pretty easy tho.

I did a blow out, then got in the shower so my hair could nap up some, then put Shea Moisture Curl Enhancing Smoothie on the sides and back, then used combs to hold it up around the side and back. Easiest style I have ever did in my life :-)

February 9, 2011...Rachel Stewart Afro Pic Earrings

I bought the Rachel Stewart Earrings!!!! They broke in my purse about a week later....I was sooo sad. Im gonna get some more tho. I got complements from EVERYONE! They are so cute! You can pick you up a pair here.

Dec 5, 2010-Going To Teach Salsa Class

SO I teach a dance class at Ibiza Night Club on Sundays at 8 if you ever wanna come....

Here is my look for the night. My friend Lola is a pro makeup artist so she has influenced me to get into makeup. She was gone to D.C to visit her boo on this night so I had to do my own makeup. I think I did pretty well!

I used an Urban Decay Deluxe Shadow Box.

I actually ended up with my glasses on that evening....

Lately I have been adding a hump to the front of my hair and just pulling the back into a mass of curls. It is a pretty easy style which is little to no combing which means no damage!!! Here is a side view:
